Androgyne
The term "androgynous" can be interpreted from multiple contexts and aspects: Generally, it refers to a person who possesses or can possess masculine and feminine traits equally strongly, whether from a physical-biological, emotional-mental, cognitive-spiritual, or self-divine consciousness perspective, or even all these qualities combined.
From a biological perspective, it is possible to separately discuss individuals with both male and female sexual organs, hermaphrodites, but not including so-called intersex individuals, which is a broader category.
From a psychological approach, androgynous personalities possess traits of both genders. Thus, we can call individuals androgynous who combine feminine and masculine traits in their appearance and presentation, blending them together. Nowadays, this is the most widespread and common meaning of the term, as it is often used in fashion or social media (e.g., in the music and film industries).
Psychologists suggest that it is neither accurate nor appropriate to describe androgynous-looking individuals as "looking like a girl-boy or boy-girl," as it is much more than merely resembling the opposite sex. It stems from a form of self-expression based on an inner conviction (or even a related style overlap). Consequently, a person's or entity's androgynous nature does not necessarily determine their sexual orientation or gender identity. It is, in fact, a complex external and internal style of presentation and a manifestation of the self-image and the experienced belief in oneself.
It is also important to mention the filoandrogynites, who are individuals accepting, supporting, and attracted to androgynous people.
From a so-called "sociological" perspective, individuals with an androgynous worldview appear as a perceived or real minority in various social relationships and communication platforms. There is no accurate and fully reliable data on their actual societal significance, which is completely understandable considering the forced concealment resulting from the disadvantageous discrimination they face and the related social and historical misunderstandings.
Precisely because of this, it has become important now for them to affirm their completeness before themselves, before the Almighty, and before society, in a community based on common declaration and solid foundations, uniting and fulfilling themselves in a church that supports each other in common faith, common growth, and common survival. In this way, they can take their rightful place as useful members of human society, prepared for trials before and after death, and sincerely help their androgynous brothers and sisters, who are in a disrupted state from their primordial condition, in their fulfillment.
